Temporary Legal Secretary – Mansfield

We are recruiting for an experienced Legal Secretary in Conveyancing

You will be organised and have exceptional audio typing skills, excellent Microsoft skills (Word, Excel and Outlook). You will also have file management skills with an attention to detail and be a confident communicator with excellent client care skills.

You will have a positive attitude, be self-motivated and enjoy working in a challenging, busy and professional environment.

Duties & Responsibilities 

• Audio typing & word processing
• Diary management
• Administrative duties
• Filing
• Photocopying
• Assisting other members of the department as required
• Presentation of correspondence and documents


This role is a full time temporary position, working hours are Monday- Friday 9am – 5.15pm.  Salary depends upon experience.
