Today with our highly skilled and specialist teams, continually increasing client base and due to our ongoing success we now have additional and exciting career opportunity for a Head of Digital Marketing.

This is a senior role preferably with team management experience, specialist skills responsible for digital multi-channel delivery, client liaison, creation of digital marketing strategies with some experience of web development, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising.

You will be experienced at developing, implementing, tracking and optimising digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels for both our clients and ourselves.

You will have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to completion. You will work with the marketing team and clients to manage campaigns on time and on budget.


  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Design, build and maintain our clients’ social media presence
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimise user experience
  • Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end client experience across multiple channels and client touch points
  • Instrument conversion points and optimise user funnels
  • Collaborate with suppliers, clients and other partners
  • Evaluate emerging technologies
  • Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Experience, Qualifications and Skills Required

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a degree in marketing
  • Excellent written and spoken English with a passion for writing
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience in using CRM systems such as WordPress, Drupal and Magneto
  • Proven experience in using tools such as SEMrush, Moz and Google Analytics
  • Good understanding of online marketing channels and strategy
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills which must include Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • The ability to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organisational, planning and administration skills, and the ability to multi-task
  • Agency experience in PPC, social media, email marketing and digital marketing
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, motivate and get results
  • Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools
  • Experience in setting up and optimising Google Adwords campaigns
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
