Account Executive based on the outskirts of Mansfield

About the Company: We are actively recruiting for a manufacturing company who are situated on the outskirts of Mansfield.

Job overview: The role of a Account Executive is a varied Customer Service role where you will create and nurture long term relationships.

Core Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

Effectively manage client’s expectations through frequent contact

Understand what the customer wants and balance against business needs

Align customer requirements with business targets and manage expectations

Encourage relationship growth and contract development

Person Specification:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience working within a customer service environment
  • Ability to establish and maintain trusted and loyal relationships, both internally and externally at all levels
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Competent in all Microsoft Office products; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Calm, confident manner
  • Strong client-facing, communication skills
  • Troubleshooting, complaint resolution management and multi-tasking skills
  • Customer service orientation
  • Full UK Driving Licence
